in the City of Peterborough, in which building there is rental accommodation.
And whereas such accommodation is normally occupied by a tenant who applies and receives, water, sewer and/or rental services from the City of Peterborough.
As the owner/agent of the said premises, I hereby authorize the said City to connect the supply of services into I, the undersigned’s name upon the request for final readings from any tenant. A letter informing said property owner/agent of the requested date of final reading would be issued when the tenant contacts the City of Peterborough, Services Peterborough – Water Services department.
And I, the undersigned, hereby agree to pay the charges of the said services from the day of the final reading until the said rental property is occupied by a new tenant.
I further agree that should I dispose of, or sell the above property I will notify the City immediately in order that this agreement will be cancelled and that my responsibilities cease.
I further agree that should I fail to advise the said Company in the event that I dispose or sell the above property that my responsibility will continue in force as outlined above.
