A fee of $335 (no HST) will be charged for flow tests. Water Department staff must be present to operate hydrants during testing.

November 1 to March 31
Flow test requests during this period are subject to review and approval by the Water Department. A minimum fee of $335 (no HST) applies. Additional charges may be applicable during this period.
