To report a watermain break, call Peterborough Utilities Group at 705-748-9300.
Fire Services: to report a complaint regarding an active burn or an non-active burn, call 705-745-3281. Dial 9-1-1 for all emergency fire situations.
To report a spill to the environment please call the Spills Action Centre 1-800-268-6060.
For social and housing assistance call 705-748-8830. For emergency shelter services after hours and during holidays, call 705-926-0096.
If you have been involved in an accident with a City vehicle, suffered personal injury, property damage, or sustained damage caused by City construction you will need to make a claim.
